Karl Sky has been writing and recording music for over 40 years, specializing in Folk, Americana, Country, and Rock. His original songs echo the golden era of the early '70s, drawing inspiration from legends like Gordon Lightfoot, Bob Dylan, and John Denver—music the way you remember it. 
In addition to his original work, Karl also performs dynamic covers of classic hits from the '60s, '70s, and '80s, bringing audiences a nostalgic and heartfelt musical experience that bridges generations.

Karl has worked with Nashville Legend Scotty Turner. Scotty signed several of Karl’s earlier 2000 compositions to Captain Kidd Music BMI. In 1961 Mr. Turner joined A&M records as a writer and producer. He was also Executive producer for Liberty / Imperial Records in the country division in LA and Nashville and produced such artists as Roy Clark, Tammy Wynette, Harry Nilsson, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, and Mel Tillis.
